Tropical Fruit Farm - a place you can see, touch, taste and learn more than 250 types of tropical and sub-tropical fruits from all around the world.

What! 250 types? Yes! No typo error here! Situated about 800 feet above sea level on the hilly terrain of Teluk Bahang, Penang, it’s the perfect location for planting various types of tropical and sub-tropical fruit trees.

Let’s have some fun facts before we continue our journey in this amazing fruit farm. Tropical Fruit Farm was built in the year 1993 to maintain our Green Heritage and promote a positive role towards agriculture in Penang rural areas. Of course, it’s an ideal place to learn and experience what our land is blessed with.

The farm guide will drive you to the farm before you start your incredible journey in this amazing farm.

 

Yes! This is the place where you start your journey in Tropical Fruit Farm. SMART TIP! 💡 All the fruit trees are fertilized with organic fertilizer produced by the collection of fruit wastes from farms. The farmer will only use chemicals when needed.

  

Throughout the journey, remember to grab the opportunity to learn the types of tropical fruits and, of course, taste all of them! Yes, the farm guide will bring you to every corner of the farm and answer all your questions regarding the fruits and fruit trees in the farm.

Besides these 3 types of fruits, many tropical fruits await you there to discover. They’re Durian (seasonal), Mangosteen (seasonal), Rambutan (seasonal), Duku-Langsat (seasonal), Papaya, Pineapple, Avocado, Passion Fruit, Fig, Surinam Cherry, Rambai, Nutmeg, Dragon Fruit, and many more.

After the farm tour, the farm guide will provide you with an introduction to the Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) fermentation process. It’s the healthiest oil on the earth! You’ll be given some samples to try on before making any purchase.

 

A free tasting of the farm signature fruit enzymes, lemongrass tea as well as tropical honey is available in the farm guided tour package as well. Make sure you have a taste on them else you’ll regret it.

 

Apart from these, you’ll enjoy various tropical fruits and a freshly squeezed fruit juice of your selection (100% fresh from the farm) for free before the end of the tour. Yummy!
